Damages and issues
Contact us within 24 hours if your item is damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Massaro's Market does not take responsibility for shipping damages.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Discount sale items are FINAL SALE.
